By accessing or using cormsor Translate (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service
The Service provides machine translation generated by an AI model. Translations are produced automatically and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. The Service is provided for informational and convenience purposes.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) submit unlawful, infringing or malicious content; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; (c) bypass authentication, rate limits or security controls; or (d) use the Service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
3. API tokens
API access requires a valid token. You are responsible for keeping your token confidential and for all activity performed with it. We may revoke tokens or limit usage to protect the Service.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You should not rely on machine translation for legal, medical, financial or other high-stakes decisions without professional human review.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, translations produced by the Service.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
